If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs you can move in immediately.
How much notice needs to be given before I move out?
We require a 14 day written notice before you move out to qualify for rent refund. Our staff will go over that process at the time of signing.
What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?
We require a Government issued form of photo ID (example: driver’s license, state id, or passport)
Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
No, we rent on a month-to-month basis. However, you can prepay 6 or 12 months and receive a rent discount.
Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?
No. At the time of signing you will choose your own security pass code that will allow you access 7 days a week.
How do I make a payment?
You can pay in person, mail a check or money order or make a payment through our website. You may also sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your credit card or checking account monthly at no additional cost.
What forms of payments do you accept?
Cash, Checks, Money Orders, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?
Yes. We sell various moving supplies in our office at competitive prices.
How do I know how much storage space I will need?
You can either use our Storage Calculator on our website or call our friendly, experienced staff for assistance. They are trained in helping you determine what size unit best suits your needs.
Can I just stop by to view the facility and storage spaces or do I need an appointment?
Stop by anytime between 7am and 7pm Monday – Saturday or 8am – 6pm on Sunday, for a complimentary tour of our facility.
Do I need to bring my own lock?
No. At your move in you will purchase a superior cylinder lock from us for $10. Our unit doors are fitted for this style of lock.
Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?
Liquids, Explosives, Flammable liquids, Toxic materials, Perishables, any Food, Seeds or Grains of any kind. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
Do you have handcarts available at your facility?
Yes. You are welcome to use our complimentary flatbed carts to move in.
