Refund Policy at Madison Squares Self Storage

All rent is due on the anniversary date of your lease. If you have not completed a vacate form and/or there is still a lock on your unit as of the anniversary date, full rent may be due for that month. Rent will be pro-rated for move-outs only if 14 day prior notice is given in accordance with your lease agreement. Should you move out mid-month without giving prior notice, tenant agrees to pay a full month's rent. In the event your account is overcharged due to an entry error, Madison Squares Self Storage will refund your account within 48 hours of being notified of the discrepancy.
